Explore Cryptocurrency – Ashtoken CEO encourages Ghanaians

The Founder and CEO of the Ash Environmental DAO, Mr. Ato Bentum Andoh, has advised Ghanaians to prioritise investment in cryptocurrency. He emphasised that this form of investment offers superior returns in the long term compared to other financial instruments available in the country.

The CEO delivered this message on Saturday, May 11 in Winneba, during an event organised by Ashtoken holders to honour dedicated members and affiliates. The gathering also served as an educational platform for individuals interested in learning more about Blockchain Technology and Cryptocurrency. The event attracted a large audience, all with the common goal of achieving financial independence.

Mr. Ato Andoh, speaking to the press, emphasised that cryptocurrency is already in use and fully operational, requiring no further confirmation of its legitimacy. He highlighted that Ashtoken, as a cryptocurrency, was specifically designed to provide funding to companies and businesses focused on environmental sustainability. The token aims to stimulate economic growth and support business operations by facilitating access to capital, particularly during challenging times.

“Cryptocurrency is not something to come; it is really here. The future is not coming; it is here with us.

“In our part of the world, we take that for granted. We always think that because we have not seen something, it is not happening somewhere. That’s not the case. The world has moved on, so it’s time we wake up in this part of the world here,” remarked Mr. Ato Andoh.

The Africa Operations Director, Mr. Stephen Zoroaster, expressed unwavering confidence in Ashtoken as a tool to combat youth unemployment in Ghana. He asserted that Ashtoken offers individuals the chance to secure funding for their business ventures, which have remained stagnant due to financial constraints.

He noted that those who have already embraced Ashtoken have recognised the future benefits it holds for them. He urged others to follow suit.

The Central Regional Ambassador, Papa Kwamina Sam, commended Ash Environmental DAO for introducing Ashtoken and simplifying the process of purchasing cryptocurrency.

He explained that in the past, acquiring cryptocurrency involved a complex procedure that deterred many individuals, but with Ashtoken, owning cryptocurrency is as easy as conducting a mobile money transaction.

He added that Ashtoken is affordably priced, making it accessible to all, even those with limited Ghanaian cedis.
