A former National Service Personnel of First Atlantic Bank, Ms. Deborah Seyram Adablah, has filed a lawsuit against the Chief Finance Officer, Ernest Kwasi Nimako and the company.
In the suit, which is gaining widespread prominence on social media, the former staff accused Mr. Nimako of sexually harassing her and not fulfilling a promise he made to her after she completed her service.
She alleged in the suit that after she was assigned to the finance department of the bank as part of her national service, she began an amorous relationship with the director after giving in to persistent sexual harassment and abuse.
According to her, Mr. Nimako promised her a lump sum to start a business, a car, the payment of 3 years of rent, a monthly stipend of GHC 3,000, a ring, to pay treatment and related expenses for short-term family planning, and to marry her after divorcing his wife.
