The Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) has declared two persons wanted in connection with alleged offences of defrauding by false pretences and money laundering.
The individuals are John Bitar Gyamfi and Wisdom Dogbey, according to separate notices issued by EOCO.
EOCO said both individuals are wanted to assist investigations into the alleged offences.
The anti-corruption and economic crime agency appealed to members of the public who may have information on the whereabouts of either person to assist with the investigation.
In its notice on John Bitar Gyamfi, EOCO urged anyone with information to contact its Head Office, located adjacent to the Old Parliament House on Barnes Road in Accra, any of its regional offices, or the nearest police station.
The same appeal was made regarding Wisdom Dogbey.
Members of the public can also provide information through EOCO’s designated telephone numbers: 0579723314 and 0579709066.
EOCO, however, did not provide further details about the specific allegations against the two individuals in the notices.
