The family of the late Omanhene of Sampa Traditional Council, Nana Kofi Sono, has presented some medical equipment to the Sampa Government Hospital to mark the 100th birthday celebration of his wife, Maame Abena Twewaah.
The items include hand sanitizers, Gauze rolls, stethoscopes, BP apparatus, and other hospital equipment that aids in the delivery of quality health care, among others.
Presenting the apparatus to the hospital authorities on behalf of the family, Mr. Kwame Appau, a German Base Ghanaian who is a son of the late Omanhene and Maame Abena Twewaa, indicated that the gestures were presented to the hospital to honour the 100th birthday celebration of their mother and to support the hospital in providing quality health care to its clients.
He pleaded with the hospital authorities to make good use of the provided medical equipment to serve their intended purposes.
Receiving the medical equipment on behalf of the hospital, Dr. Michael Arthur, the medical superintendent of the Sampa Government Hospital, wished a prosperous happy birthday to Maame Abena Twewaah and prayed for additional years of strength and continuous prosperity for the family.
He expressed sincere gratitude to the family for providing the hospital with health care medical equipment in commemoration of the birthday of their mother, indicating that his outfit will ensure good use of the equipment for the benefit of the hospital and its clients in general.
