Madam Felicia Tettey, an aspirant for the New Patriotic Party in the Sagnarigu Constituency, has received a hundred percent endorsement from delegates in the constituency.

She revealed that the fact that she was able to secure 44 polling stations for both presidential and parliamentary in the Sagnarigu Constituencies in the 2020 general elections makes her well placed to win the 2024 elections.

“If I am able to secure 44 polling stations with an incumbent Member of Parliament, it will be a walkover for me with a fresh candidate in the 2024 elections,” Madam Tettey told delegates and party members at the Bagabaga College of Education Auditorium.

The Northern Regional Chairman of the governing party, Mohammed Bantima Samba, said all polling station executives are now the campaign managers of Madam Felicia Tettey to win the Sagnerigu seat for the New Patriotic Party and also break the eight with the presidential election.

He added that executives should be united and work as a team to be able to achieve their goal.

Member of Parliament for Tolon Constituency, Hon. Iddrisu Habib, declared his adoption of the Sagnerigu constituency with all the necessary resources and funding to ensure the smooth running of the campaign activities and winning both parliamentary and presidential elections for the new patriotic party.

Madam Tettey was sworn in by the deputy general secretary of the New Patriotic Party, Mohammed Haruna, as the parliamentary candidate for the Sagnerigu constituency.
