Five years ago, Priscilla More graduated as a valedictorian from GH Schools (formerly GH Media School), marking the beginning of her illustrious career in journalism. She earned five prestigious awards, including Best in Print Journalism, Best in Broadcast Journalism, Best in TV Journalism, Best in Journalism and Media Studies (her department), and Overall Best Student of the 8th Cohort.

Since then, Priscilla has continued to strive for excellence, expanding her expertise beyond journalism into business, leadership, and management. In 2024, she enrolled in the ALX Professional Foundations Program, where she mastered eight essential meta-skills for career growth, graduating with an outstanding 97.3% average.

Determined to deepen her knowledge in business and management, she later joined the Certified Management Professional (CMP) program at the Centre for Professional Certification (CPC), affiliated with the Canadian College for Leadership and Management (CCLM). This program covered a wide range of skills, including Strategic Business Acumen, Project Management, Human Resource Management, Effective Leadership, Conflict Resolution, and Marketing. Through interactive case studies, rigorous assignments, and examinations, Priscilla honed her leadership and business strategy skills.

On March 1, 2025, Priscilla’s dedication and hard work were recognized when she graduated as the Valedictorian of her cohort, earning three major awards:

* Best Assignment Delivery

* Best Student – September Cohort

* Overall Best Student (Valedictorian)

Reflecting on her journey, Priscilla describes this moment as humbling and deeply fulfilling. She attributes her success to God’s grace, resilience, hard work, and an unrelenting commitment to continuous learning.

A Message to the Youth: The Power of Excellence and Resilience

“Your dreams are valid. Life can be challenging, but it is also rewarding. Be diligent, stay focused, and push through—even when afraid or unsure. Do not settle for mediocrity; dare to stand out and be exceptional.”

She also expresses deep appreciation for CPC’s management and faculty, acknowledging their role in shaping her success.

“If you are looking to build your career, improve your business, or develop your team, I highly recommend the Centre for Professional Certifications at the National Banking College, Accra, Ghana. Their training is top-notch.”
