“The Professional Assessment,” a groundbreaking reality show aimed at empowering young professionals by providing them with the opportunity to showcase their skills, receive mentorship from industry experts, and gain invaluable experience, has been duly launched.

The show spans multiple sectors, including business, technology, healthcare, and the arts, offering participants a platform to demonstrate their abilities and grow their careers.

The Professional Assessment is a dynamic 100-day reality show that brings together some of the brightest minds from diverse fields. Participants will undergo a series of rigorous challenges and assessments, simulating real-world business scenarios for a period of 10 days and a 1-3 month’s probationary working period with companies across Ghana to secure a preferred job and enhance their career. This immersive experience is tailored to test and showcase their problem-solving abilities, creativity, leadership, innovation, entrepreneurial, and teamwork skills.

The Professional Assessment Reality Show will be shown on Amansan TV (ATV) and streamed on Getnet Studios platforms.

 

What to Expect:

Industry-Based Focus: Each season of the show centres around a specific industry in Ghana, offering a comprehensive view of its dynamics and opportunities.

Structured Episodes: With 10 episodes per season, participants will undergo rigorous tasks and challenges tailored to their industry, showcasing their talents and expertise.

Innovation and Talent: Prepare to witness creativity, innovation, and determination as participants compete to demonstrate their professional prowess.

Industries in Ghana: Agriculture, Manufacturing, Mining, Energy, Construction, Finance, Technology, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Education, Tourism, Creative Arts, Transportation, Retail, Real Estate, Hospitality, and more.
