The National Democratic Congress Savannah Regional Youth Wing held a youth retreat and the inauguration of the youth working committee in Bole.

The NDC Savannah Regional Youth Organiser, Mahama Inusah, said they will not countenance anybody, either within or outside the party, who dares undermine former President John Dramani Mahama in the Savannah Region.

He added that they can only ask for part of the national cake if they are involved in the victory of the National Democratic Congress in the 2024 elections.

“We cannot perform poorly and expect the party to include us in the sharing of the national cake,” he cautioned the youth.

Member of Parliament for North Tongu Constituency, Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, told the gathering that what happened in the 2020 general elections should not be repeated again.

He added that the National Democratic Congress is winning back all seven seats in the Savannah region.

Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa revealed that not a single seat will slip away from the National Democratic Congress come the 2024 general elections.

“Let me confirm that our caucus is proud of the members of parliament you sent to us to join us in parliament,” he added.

The occasion was graced by the National Youth Wing, Regional and Constituency Executives, Members of Parliament, and Party Supporters.
