BITs, the flagship initiative of Premanni Technologies, has officially launched the BITs Tech Fair, scheduled for 28th March 2026, marking a major step in nurturing Ghana’s emerging tech talent.
The programme is designed to equip aspiring tech professionals, students, and entrepreneurs with the skills, knowledge, and networks needed to excel in a rapidly evolving global technology landscape.
Founder and CEO of BITs by Premanni, Mr Kwadjo E.H. D’Amoako, described the upcoming fair as a critical platform for opportunity and collaboration.
According to him, “The BITs Fair will be a networking and knowledge-sharing platform connecting job seekers, industry leaders, and investors. There will be hands-on workshops and recruitment booths during the fair.”
He said the initiative aims to bridge the gap between young talent and industry demands, creating pathways for employment, innovation, and mentorship.
A panel discussion during the launch underscored the importance of mindset in fuelling technological progress.
Speakers stressed that technology and innovation begin with how individuals think, noting that curiosity, adaptability, and problem-solving are the real drivers behind breakthrough ideas.
Panelists encouraged young people to cultivate resilient and forward-thinking mindsets to remain relevant as the tech ecosystem becomes increasingly competitive.
The launch concluded with interactive games and a networking session, giving participants the chance to build connections, exchange ideas, and explore potential collaborations ahead of next year’s main fair.
With the 2026 BITs Tech Fair now officially introduced, Premanni Technologies hopes to inspire a new generation of innovators ready to build, transform, and lead in Ghana’s digital future.
