The advancement of the financial sector over the years has introduced risks and challenges which require sustainable regulation to ensure consumer protection, security and compliance.

With emerging technologies, such as artificial Intelligence (AI) and blockchain, expected to influence the sector, policy and regulation will be crucial in balancing innovation with sustainability.

To explore this and more, the ACI Financial Markets Association, Ghana, will host the first-ever ACI Ghana Financial Markets Conference.

The conference aims to shape policy and promote conversations on building a robust financial system. Among other things, the dialogues will advocate for policies and practices that ensure marginalised communities have access to financial services.

It will also champion ethical excellence and foster a culture of transparency and accountability which is crucial for building trust and confidence in the financial sector.

This landmark event will host 5 panel discussions with an emphasis on technological transformation in financial markets, diversity in Finance, Fintech and Financial inclusion, investment opportunities in Ghana as well as Ethics in Financial Markets.

Taking place at the Grand Arena, Accra International Conference Centre on August 22, 2024, this is an exceptional opportunity for networking and learning.

Finance professionals will be exposed to over 500 industry players, policymakers, regulators and distinguished speakers from Europe and across Africa.

The conference forms parts of activities by ACI Ghana, the leading national association of financial market professionals to ensure the development of Ghana’s financial markets through education, ethical conduct of professionals, innovation, and inclusive growth.
