The Northern Regional Publicity and Media Committee of the NPP has held its annual end-of-year party at the Aliu Mahama Stadium under the theme, “Identifying Empirical Strategies to Effectively Communicate Government Policies Towards the 2024 Electioneering Campaign.”.

Addressing the gathering, Deputy National Communication Director of the New Patriotic Party, Hajia Rabi Salifu, asserted that former President John Mahama is an old wine package in a new bottle.

According to her, the National Democratic Congress is in for lies and has nothing to provide, as opposed to the New Patriotic Party, which communicates with facts and data.

She further advised communicators of the party to always focus on speaking to the policies and ideologies of the party, which she believes are factual.

Hajia Salifu said that the 2024 elections will be a walkover for the New Patriotic Party as President Nana Akufo-Addo and Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s administration has been focused on developing Ghana in the right direction.

“Breaking the eight with Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia is on the agenda from now until the election, as is voting for all parliamentary candidates,” she furthered.

Chairman of the Northern Regional Publicity and Media Committee, Eliasu Wala, revealed that they are responsible for the day-to-day communication of the party both on radio, television, and social media, which are the main tools to galvanise more votes and also preach the good will of the party to Ghanaians.

He indicated that they are ready for victory in 2024 to win both parliamentary seats and presidential seats for the New Patriotic Party.

The occasion was chaired by the parliamentary candidate for Wulensi Constituency, Alhaji Haruna Abdulai, and graced by members of parliament, national executives, chief executive officers, regional and constituency executives, and other party supporters.
