FROM WASTELAND TO WONDERLAND
A shooting star falls from the sky
It has left its heavenly abode and landed on a wasteland
It must find its way back or make the wasteland a heavenly home
The journey back is to make the journey forward
There is a pungent smell everywhere but she walks with her head high
She infuses her strength and efforts to raise a second home
The struggles ripped off her wings
Stained her clothes
Hardened her feet and heart but never did she forget who she was
After her success she was adorned in roses and lay her feet on fresh tulips
Sweet smells on the surrounding
She was the same but never the same
She looks at her work and pride dances in her heart
Boom! Boom!
And she is awakened from her slumber
With determination on her left and resilience and her right
Charging on to make that dream, vivid reality
