In the advancement of intellectual curiosity and the pursuit of knowledge, the YAFO Institute is poised to embark on an exciting journey with its inaugural Scholars Series event.

This renowned gathering promises to be an instructive event, providing a forum for meaningful debates and insights as we welcome some of the most recognized thinkers and authors of our day. Join us as we dig into the realms of ideas, creativity, and intellectual dialogue in the distinguished presence of Prof. Enoch Opoku Antwi, Dr. AK Mensah, and Bruce Koerber. Prepare to be inspired and educated as we begin this incredible series, paving the way for a brighter and more informed future.

The Scholars Series presents three events for its maiden edition. The events are orderly slated to host Dr. AK Mensah on 30th September, Bruce Koerber on 7th October and Prof. Enoch Opoku Antwi on 14th October 2023 at 19:00 UTC on their respective dates.

The first event would explore the critical subject of obtaining funds for graduate education. Describe the detailed advice offered in the book The Scholar’s Journey by Dr. AK Mensah on finding funding sources, creating persuasive applications, and maximizing available opportunities. Exploring the practical experience of an individual who has effectively funded their advanced studies and sharing insights with aspiring scholars.

This would be followed by An Encounter with Divine Economy Theory—Final Part, as Bruce Koerber, author of Divine Economy Model, offers an innovative and provocative viewpoint on economics by incorporating moral and spiritual values into the analysis of economic systems. By highlighting the significance of institutions, values, resources, and stewardship in forming economic policies and decisions.

The Scholars Series would reach its crescendo with Prof. Enoch Opoku Antwi on Impactful Leadership in a Dynamic World: Unleashing the Power of Servant Leaders. The captivating event would go on an adventure to investigate the transforming world of servant leadership—a philosophy that transcends conventional leadership paradigms by placing service at its very core. The idea of servant leadership offers a novel perspective that connects with leaders looking to make a significant difference in a world that is rapidly evolving and where challenges come in all shapes and sizes and complexity abounds. Prof. Enoch Opoku Antwi is also the author of the book Servant Leaders.

The inaugural Scholars Series event would be enriched with information, inspired by remarkable discoveries, and energized by the spirit of intellectual discovery. Throughout this incredible journey, the YAFO Institute’s dedication to cultivating a culture of learning and thought leadership has been unmistakable.

The Scholar Series is supported by Atlas Network, Liberty International, Cardano, Alumni for Liberty, Divine Economy Theory, and Kingscel. It is worthy to note The Sikaman Times as our proud media partner. The YAFO Institute calls on interested stakeholders to get involved as we explore intellectual pathways.
