The Office of the Registrar of Companies (ORC) has announced an upward adjustment in fees and charges for its services, set to take effect on Monday, February 2, 2026.
In a press release issued on January 21, 2026, the ORC said the revision is aimed at ensuring sustainable service delivery while improving customer experience nationwide.
“The Office of the Registrar of Companies hereby notifies the general public, business operators and all service users of an impending adjustment to the fees and charges applicable to services rendered by the Office,” the statement said, adding that “this adjustment shall take effect from Monday, 2nd February 2026.”
The fee review is being undertaken pursuant to the Fees and Charges (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations, 2025 (L.I. 2512), specifically the provisions contained in the Second Schedule of the Regulations.
According to the ORC, the revised fees will apply across its full range of services, including company incorporation, business name registration, statutory filings, searches, and other related regulatory services.
“The adjusted fees shall apply across the full spectrum of services offered by the ORC,” the statement noted, explaining that the revision is designed to “ensure sustainable service delivery and enhance customer experience nationwide.”
The Office assured the public that comprehensive details of the revised fees and charges will be made available ahead of the effective date.
“Comprehensive details of the revised fees and charges will be made available at all ORC offices and published on the Office’s official website prior to the effective date,” the release stated.
Businesses and members of the public have therefore been advised to take note of the changes and plan accordingly.
“Members of the public and all service users are accordingly advised to take note of the revised fees and to make the necessary arrangements for transactions to be undertaken on or after Monday, 2nd February 2026,” the ORC said.
Reaffirming its service standards, the Office stressed that it remains committed to accountability and professionalism.
