Bawumia’s inconsistencies make him unfit for presidency – NDC Communication Team member

A Communication Team member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Beatrice Annan, has stated that Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia is not fit for the presidency.

According to lawyer Beatrice Annan, Dr. Bawumia is a liar. As such, he is not worthy to become Ghana’s next president because his speeches are full of inconsistencies and his empty promises to Ghanaians.

She contended that Ghana’s future with Dr. Bawumia would not be any better because of his past and present lies and his inconsistencies.

“Dr. Bawumia, by the message he gave on February 7th, proved to be a liar. And when we say Dr. Bawumia is a liar and we are giving examples, people say, You know what? Not every political party can fulfil their manifesto 100%.”

“The basis for me saying Dr. Bawumia is a pathological liar in a chronological manner, so consistent, is that these things he said were not manifesto promises.”

Speaking on Metro TV on Tuesday, she furthered that Dr. Bawumia is a quack economist who only posed as the economic wizkid with all the solutions to Ghana’s problems.

Lawyer Beatrice Annan emphasised that the exchange rate is the cause of Dr. Bawumia’s exposure, as the rate keeps increasing due to his bad economic policies.

“And so the exchange rate has not badly exposed Bawumia; the exchange rate has disgraced him. And it is that disgrace that is making him distance himself from the mess. Now you don’t know whether he is part of the mess, or he only advised about the mess, or indeed, he is not part of the mess.”

“But at last today, he has been exposed as a quack economist. An economist who cannot use his own economic prescription to solve the economic mess he created himself.

However, the Deputy Executive Secretary of the Postal and Courier Services Regulatory Commission (PCSRC), Lawuratu Musah-Saaka, highlighted that Dr. Bawumia is the future for Ghana because he has vision and would not be rejected like the former President, John Dramani Mahama.

“Dr. Bawumia understands the current situation we are in. He understands what technology can be used to do, not yeba mo nkoko buo. So fundamentally, Dr. Bawumia is a better choice than your flagbearer.”
