The Attorney-General’s office has disclosed on Tuesday that alleged illegal miner Aisha Huang, also known as En Huang, is set to face trial for her purported crimes against the State.
In a communique via Twitter, the AG’s office noted that it will first trigger the prosecution of old crimes allegedly committed by the 47-year old “galamsey” ace before her deportation in 2018.
The Attorney-General has called for the new docket on En Huang a.k.a. Aisha, regarding offences she is suspected to have recently committed.

The A-G will also re-initiate prosecution in respect of the old offences for which she was standing trial before her deportation in 2018.
